About us
A Lubbock concrete crew that plans before it pours
Lubbock Concrete is a concrete contractor in Lubbock TX focused on three things people use every day: patios, slabs and driveways. We are based at 4617 54th Street in the 79414 area, and we serve southwest Lubbock and the towns of the South Plains.
We built our process around the way the ground and weather really behave here. Slabs get a compacted base and steel. Driveways get the right slope and a grip finish. Patios get joints in smart places and a surface that stays comfortable in July.
You will not get a sales pitch from us. You will get a visit, a tape measure, a written price and plain answers.

How we work
Built for wind, clay and heat
The South Plains wind can dry the top of a fresh slab before the concrete below has set. So we pour in calmer hours when we can, wet the base, use evaporation retarder on windy days and cure the surface right away. We cut control joints so cracks follow straight lines, and we use air entrained concrete outdoors for freeze and thaw.
Clay soil moves with moisture, so we compact the base, thicken edges and keep water away from slab edges with slope and good drainage. Then we call you before each step and after the work is done.
